Late Fall + Winter | October 31 – February 1

Primary focus:

  • Sleep

  • Digestion

  • Nervous system regulation and safety 

  • Repair (not productivity)

The body is catabolic and inward-facing during this season. Energy naturally moves toward rest, repair, and conservation. This is not the time to push or overstimulate the system.

Darkness is the medicine.


Now is the season for deep sleep, gentle digestion, nervous system safety, and restoration.

SUPPLEMENT SUPPORT

Foods as Support: Warm Fatty • Oily • Salty • Gelatinous • Mineral-rich

Example: Bone Broth from beef shank. The gelatin created is packed with glycine. 

Catabolic = demolition + cleanup
Anabolic = construction + expansion​
